Deposit Policy
By submitting a deposit, you agree to the following terms:
- Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.
- A minimum of 7 days’ notice is required to reschedule.
- Only one reschedule is allowed per deposit. A second reschedule will require a new deposit.
- Arriving more than 45 minutes late will result in a forfeited deposit.
- No-call/no-show will forfeit the deposit.
- Arriving with a sunburn on the tattoo area will result in a forfeited deposit and canceled appointment.
- Deposits are valid for 1 calendar year from the date submitted.
Remaining balance is due at the conclusion of the appointment.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
If you need to reschedule, you may do so once as long as you provide at least 7 days’ notice. In this case, your deposit will still be applied to the rescheduled appointment.
- Less than 7 days’ notice will be considered a cancellation and your deposit will be forfeited.
- A second reschedule, regardless of notice, will require a new deposit to book again.
- Arriving 45 minutes or more late or showing up with a sunburn on the tattoo area are treated as a last-minute cancellations.
Photography & Media
Photos and video may be taken before, during, or after your tattoo session. This content may be used for portfolio, promotional, and social media purposes.
- Booking an appointment grants permission to use photos and video (with or without audio) for promotional use across digital and print media.
